Two nightmares that are not so nice:

Didn't you always want to go to Paris?

Well, welcome to it. This isn't nice Paris. This is the grimy underground of Paris. You are across the bar from a 20 year old, longer-haired Laurent who is hanging out at a bar with whiskey on the rocks pressed to a swollen nose and his shiny pink jacket ripped. He will ask you for a light as he puts a cigarette in his mouth. He might even ask if you can spare a few bucks for something to eat. He MIGHT even do you a 'favor' in exchange for some food. What's your plan of action, buddy?

Option two is a little more... grim.

You find yourself in a loft apartment in France. It's winter and the doors and windows are all open. It's littered with empty bottles of wine and whiskey. On the balcony, you will find Laurent sitting, smoking. The whole place smells like stale smoke and alcohol. So does he. If you approach him, he'll probably jump you, so be mindful! He's not totally 'with it' at the moment. Luckily, he's so physically weak he probably won't be able to do much but good luck calming him down!

A nicer option that is spoiler but is a little nicer

You find yourself in the cold, being lead hand in hand up a hill in the snow. You're all bundled up and Laurent will keep insisting you keep your eyes closed! There's some surprise on the horizon but you'll have to wait and see just what it is. And why you're there. And WHO you are.
